Cletus Coffey is a proud member of Children's Hospital Legacy Advisors. Children’s Legacy Advisors are estate and financial planning professionals who share Children's Hospital Foundation's commitment to advancing philanthropy by educating the public on tax-wise and values-based planning.

The Coffey Family has a very special connection with Children’s. Alexa Coffey, Cletus’ youngest sister, was a former Children’s Hospital success story. At birth, Alexa was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect. She received two open heart surgeries before the age of 2; and another at the age of 6. With the help of organizations like Children’s, she made a miraculous recovery. Although she beat all the doctors odds, Alexa’s heart stopped at the age of 17.

Cletus remembers, “It is impossible to imagine what those 17 years would have been like without her. I want to give back to the organizations who helped Alexa, so other families can have the same opportunities we were afforded.”
